I have been battling with weight loss for some time without much success, I am a chocoholic and if I start a bar of chocolate I have to finish it. After the very relaxing session was over I wasn't really sure if it had worked as I didn't feel any different. That all changed when I was packing the school lunchboxes for my children.They often took a wrapped chocloate biscuit to school. I couldn't even touch this wrapped chocolate without feeling sick. Chocolate felt like the most disgusting food ever to me. Unbelievable after so many years of being addicted. I now couldn't bear the stuff. Does Hypnotherapy work? It most definately does!
