​Having discovered I had an ability for healing in the late 80's through Spiritual Healing I then studied and practised Reiki Healing and became a Master Teacher as I passionately believe in sharing knowledge.

Since 1972 I have been investigating spiritual pathways and knowledge and I was founder and prime tutor for the Association of Spiritual Knowledge in Glasgow. I also qualified as a Tutor at the Arthur Findlay College in Stansted Essex. I lecture and do workshops on spiritual and personal development and I also teach individually and in group sessions. I teach with simplicity and joy to ensure my students enjoy learning. They find out how to put the teaching to practical use in their daily lives. Many have gone on to become teachers themselves.

As a teacher in Spiritual Development, I found that when I took my students through exercises and meditations, they were affected by my voice. I decided to find out more about this. I enroled in a certificate level hypnotherapy course  in 2001. I discovered what an incredible healing tool hypnotherapy is and soon I was up to my eyes in study doing the Diploma Course to become a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I graduated from the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and became a member the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

This led to consolidating my interest in past life regression therapy and I then studied with the American Expert Dolores Cannon.
